If it is "deferral" meaning royalty only you might want to advertise on a different site.

If you are not gonna offer a page rate per complete page, DO NOT ask for people to provide you with saleable material.

Andreas does the photoshop posters for Paramount, gets $700 per day at 7 hours plus an hour off for lunch.
