It's a bit boring.
It does seem like you concentrated on the lipsynching over everything else. Your comentator could move a little more, jesticulate or something, and the floating pictures of Tom and Katy could use some sort of framing or something. But it's a good start and fun gag.
Just a tip: lose the drop shadow type stuff on your text, and try and choose your fonts a little more carefully.
