I recently graduated college and thus lost all my access to their lovely and expensive software, namely Maya. Being a recent grad, I'm not rolling money, but I really need my own copy of Maya to help me practice for an upcoming interview and other possible job opportunities.
I found a copy of Maya Unlimited 7.0 for mac online at a place called Cheap Software Megastore for only $40. This seems great to me, but you know the addage, "If it looks too good to be true..." So I was just wondering if anyone had any experience buying from them, or had heard anything - good or bad - about this online store.
And if anyone knows somewhere else I could get an affordable, recent version of Maya, please let me know! It would be a great help!
You can download a free Public Learning Edition from the Maya website. It has a water mark on it, but other than that, it is fully functional.

However, I still would like to get a full version eventually...
