I wanted to make few short cartoons,that would be used as a demo and for usage in internet,for 5 to 10 minutes.The format can be of 2d,3d,flash.
I will give the concept .Everything ,like the script,storyboard,characters,background ,sound ,needs to be done.
I expect the work to be of higher end .so,poor quality of work would not be appreciated.
Independent animators or studios ,who could provide me a cost and and could work out, are invited.I also need your pricing for per minute.
The time frame will be discussed.The budget provided is though nominal, i,m ready to offer a higher price (The market rate )provided , i,m convinced by your works .
The bidder also must work out the revisions ,to my satisfaction.

pure flash, with everthing provided and only animation, no compositing will run you between $700-$1100 a minute.

I work with my students, last summer we produced an 8 minute 2D animated story...all in Flash and Corel
