Hello~
I was wondering if you could tell me how much I can expect to pay a freelance animator for 30minute animated video done in Flash. I know it's kind of broad but they would have to do everything including character design. Any ball park figure would help as I'm trying to set a budget for a project I want to create. Thanks so much for your advice...

you will need to be more specific mate. as a rule of thumb id give you from character design, storyboard, animation , compositing a number of something between $25000-$40,000
