No, but Turok's last outing was a major factor in the death of Acclaim. Making a movie based on a dead franchise is not real smartish.

Do a Star Castle movie while you're at it. Or Defender. Or Pole Position.

I'd like to see a Tron remake, personally.

Oh, yeah. It was Michael Eisner's last day.

I'm interested to hear what some of Iger's ideas are for the company. If anyone has some good quotes, please post them.

"Bob Iger's highest priority in our view is to re-establish Disney and its affiliates as the pre-eminent source of animated film," said Laura Martin, an analyst with Soleil-Media Metrics.

Iger is already trying to strike a new distribution deal with Pixar ...

Robert Iger's highest priority should be to re-establish Disney as the pre-eminent source for quality family entertainment... because there isn't one. Animation should just be a part of that.

Disney should have made "The Sandlot" and "The Little Princess" and "The Secret Garden" instead of "Freaky Friday The 13th" and "100,382,843 Dalmatians."
