Frist, to all who wont to view this animation, you need to cut and past the web site to your browser.
mandeep, not bad for your first published piece. You need to find a way to keep your cels all lined up. Are you planning on doing more with this piece, or are you going on to a new project?
I agree this is a great start, things to think about,...really nail down those key frames, think about what it is you want your character to do, what is he thinking, then how do i translate that into a pose, when you get t hose nailed down, play with just those frames, strecth them over time, shorten them, see whats funny, what works for what you want to convey. Then go in and do your break down frames which a a bridge to your keys and push the feeling of timing more, then add your inbetweens, where you want things to slow in and out so that its not one even pace or action. THese are just some of the things that I constanly have to remind myself to do and remember, so typing it out not only is to help you on your way, but me as well.

thanks alot for ur words of wisdom, i just feel like telling that i'm learning 2d & 3d animation on my own and that was really possible due to u all guy's guidence and appreciation.
