whats the situation like in china. i spke to a produver about a coproduction a few weeks ago but the rates werent working out. just got informed that they have something cooking in china somewhere.
just wondering if you people here know about rates, quality, language. what levels are they at. work ethic etc.
because if it works id like to do a simultaneous production cut down on development time.
