Right, if you are based in the UK, are interested in doing an animation for a music video for a group genuinely set for big things read on.
The Video is for a group called The Urban Myth Club. They played this years Glastonbury and Big Chill festivals, appeared on home page of iTunes UK and have a fair bit of radio airplay behind them including Radio1 and XFM.
We are looking for people who would be willing to make a short animation for a music video for the groups debut single ‘I Feel It’. The Urban Myth Club are on an independent label and unfortunately at this stage have no budget available to make a music video, so instead of leaving it we have decided to investigate if there are people out there, maybe at uni or college studying animation or just people trying to get a brake in the industry who would be will to do some work for us for no fee. The benefits to those who are interested are of course potentially enormous. The band does genuinely seem destine for success, and therefore your work would be seen by many music fans, which is excellent for your portfolio for future projects and could prove a great stepping stone and experience.
