Fantastic, absolutley fantastic. How long did it take you and how have you got the animation to be so smooth and the character to be so jumoy. It looked brilliant from start to finish.
Niiiiice Pascal. I love your cutting, esspecially at the end when it's just stills. I also really like that shot in the locker where you just see his shilohette against the locker door grate.

I'm not sure i'd want to see calvin and hobbes as a movie though..
maybe short intersticials.....but..making sure that they'd be with the strips where they don't talk

Very strange. When I try to play it at home (Windows XP, Flash 7, all of Pascal's other animations play fine), it freezes on the exhale. I can step through it, but it won't play the rest of it.
Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is there a solution? I wanted to show my wife.

yup...it kind of makes sense...especially if you have a slower computer at home..
the exhale is the point wherethe music track begins.
every time flash reads the soundtrack with the animation, i've noticed a slow down at the very point where the sound frame starts
so..
it would make sense that right when he exhales it would chugg a bit...
i've had the problem where it wouldn't play(on an earlier version of mister smalls..but the file was much much bigger then!)

That was it... sort of. It wasn't a speed issue (1gig ram, 3 ghz P4). I'm currently having an issue with my sound card (it doesn't always know it's there). I got the sound card working again and it played fine. Thanks for the tip.

I started a bit in the morning, then, i did the bulk of it at night!
I'm not sure what a jumoy character is.....but i think what you are talking about might be the 24 frames per second rate!
