where do you get free music for your cartoons, all i want is like backround looping music,......any ideas of any websites

I know you visit Newgrounds. The Audio Portal on NG is full of free music and sound fx submitted by users that anyone can download and use. You could also try using a program like Acid (PC) or Gargeband (Mac) to make your own music using their included loop libraries.
