We have five friends and all belongs to 2D animation. Everybody in our group has diffrent talent & creativity in animation. We are looking for small freelance projects of animation through world wide. Can you suggest us how we proceed?

1) post work portfolios at a professionally-structured site (professional doesn't mean flash or server-side scripts, can be simple - just has to look competent) Be very clear what you offer, and what references you have for those services. (Concept, Content dev, animation, clean-up, etc.)
2) maybe launch a web short, something that is short and funny, to get some eyballs.
3) post again ;-)
