I like the run and walk animations
the tiger01 and tiger 02 animations are a bit too expressive, too unnatural. it just comes off as the character flailing his arms around a lot. pick and choose which parts of his speech you want to accent.
fired is also well animated, but (I haven't seen it in a while) how close are his movements to the original movie footage? if this is going on a reel, (and keep in mind I don't know anything about demo reels) copied movements probably won't impress them as much as creating your own.
