I'm a high school senior looking for animation schools. I've applied to CMU for fine art and im wondering if anyone knows what sort of animation department they have, i've heard that they are pretty intrested in digital media, and painting but I havent heard anything about animation. Im a good fine artist but I know that I dont want a career in fine art, I want to learn animation. Do you think it would be a better idea for me to save the money and go to a cheaper school, like an art institute?
