First of all I would like to introduce our company to you, Niolan
Entertainment is a new entertainment company based in the heart of Europe.
With as core business DVD distribution in the United States and children
productions of all sorts, TV, kids books, magazines, ...
We're currently building up a catalogue for children books titles. We have
currently finished our first 25 children book titles. These are now ready
for world wide licencing.
The finished children book would contain the following:
- front and back cover
- inside double cover page
- a title page
- 24 illustrations and an additional 24 small illustrations to fill up the
text pages. (Of course the lay out of the book is something that's part of
the creative aspect, where we want to see you do something different).
The deadlines are 7 days for the sketches, 7 days for the front cover and 3
illustration, 3 weeks to finish the whole book.

All rights would remain ours and the price that we pay for the completion of
one book is a flat fee of $ 200 . We know that this is not a lot but we're
confident that this is a very good way to get your name out and get noticed.
For exemple we will be attending the Bologna Bookfair and we're currently
hiring new agents to represent our work in many countries around the world.

The artists understand what you are asking for.
Aside from the obvious joke of an offer, you'd think anyone with common sense who got the reception you did on that other board would wise up.
And to boot they have a site whose opening page has an almost illegibly small typeface and spelling and grammatical errors! Hope that isn't the same guy editing the books. Plus your links don't work and the wire style went out in 1998. I could do a better job for free, but then seeing the children's book offer that's probably the deal you gave to the website creators =P
