Hi. i am currently studying Media studies at college and for our project we have to make a music video. we have decided to do an animated video to david bowies 'life on mars' we were wondering if there were any other music videos featuring animation? do you think this will be a good idea?

Hi, I am not formiliar with 'Life on Mars' but I do know of a lot of animated music videos - it's something that I am interested in and I would love to create one sometime. Examples I can give you are: Sledge-hammer (Aardman animation), Take on me (the old version, A-ha), Love Rollercoaster (Beavis and Butthead / Red Hot Chilli Peppers), Let love be your energy (Robbie Williams) etc etc I could go on for ages! :)
These examples are the most obvious, there are others that use smaller amounts of animation.
