Hello.
I am going to make a long cartoon 2D movie, but I need 3D, blurred-on-edge shadows and light effects. I also need an option, which let's me to combine tween and blend kind of movement. Corel RAVE can do this, but there are problems with rotating (when I rotate object clockwise it's ok, but counterclockwise - it starts whirling).
I am considering RETAS Pro but I am not sure if there are all effects I need (see above).
Could anyone give me some advice, please?
