Hmmm

Anyone like the idea of two presidents? One domestic, one foreign?

Er...

I mean, animation, animation, animation...

(Good save, huh?)

How about an animated president?

Goofy?

whats wrong with that?

So Michael Moore (who admits its his own skewed "view")out the wazoo is cool but anything else is "propaganda"?Very fair, balanced and objective of you.

I have no love for Michael Moore (not that anyone mentioned him in this thread).

He's just part of the machine.

A machine that's in need of a serious overhaul.

I'm pretty much on the left but am open to criticism.

I think some of them are fair, but a lot of them are downright silly. Especially when they span 30 years or more. The "No Child Left Behind" issue is twisting what he's saying. He's saying it isn't being implimented the way it was intended. He hopes to make it work ... not really a flip-flop.

Really, tho' - Reevaluating something after 3 or 4 years and seeing that it needs revision is NOT flip-flopping. Damn, I wish Bush did a bit more of it.

However the death penalty does sound like a complete reversal.

nobody seems to recall that Bush lied to congress as well as the american people about WMD in Iraq. I give anybody who voted for the war a break on that one.
