The 3rd Annual Los Angeles International Children's Film Festival moves to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Oct. 5, 6 and 14, where short films from around the world will be screened in the museum's beautiful Bing Theater, presented with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's NexGen program.
