The eighth annual Santa Fe Film Festival (ISFFF) will feature more than 85 programs encompassing more than 230 films, shorts, and features of all genres, themes, and topics. The five-day festival has grown in scope and stature each year and is a high point of Santa Fe's fall calendar with a long list of events, activities, and social functions.
Tirana International Film Festival is open to well-known artists as well as students, representatives of all schools, contemporary, independent and alternative cinema from throughout the world. Part of the festival is also a special program, which includes all forms of film production -- feature, documentaries and animated films more than 30-minutes in length.
NFDC is hosting the Film Bazaar India to help promote Indian cinema. The event will feature a business lounge and co-production market, coinciding with the International Film Festival of India. The Business Lounge will be an interactive platform for prospective buyers and sellers of film rights from India and abroad. Design Festa, started in 1994, is a freestyle International Art Event where artists from all over the world can exhibit their creative talent. Design Festa is the biggest art event in Asia. The Funchal International Film Festival -- Madeira Islands is sponsored by the Regional Government of Madeira to promote the films, as well as to promote the Islands of Madeira and the capital city of Funchal. The festival will explore new trends in art film. The main category is the International Official Competitive Section for 35mm fiction feature films produced between 2005 and 2007. The 'Rencontres Internationales' will take place in Paris in November 2007, at the Centre Pompidou, at the Jeu de Paume national museum and in other key locations. The same program will be presented in Madrid in April 2008 and in Berlin in June 2008. The SosemArt Cultural Association is organizing its third Szemletek Visionaudial Filmreview and Art meeting. The film competition accepts all films under 30 minutes. There will be two parts of the film competition -- one centered on the theme "ambush" and the second open to all films. The second edition of CINEMA. Festa Internazionale di Roma - RomeFilmFest will be held at the Rome Auditorium, with additional screenings at movie theatres and events held in spots that symbolize the city, from the Via Veneto to Piazza del Popolo, from Cinecitta to "Greater Rome." The Business Street will run Oct. 18-21, one day more than in 2006. The first edition drew 447 participants, of whom approximately 250 were buyers who attended 130 screenings.
Now in its second year, The Florida Media Market is hosting its annual Global Film & Media Conference in Miami Beach, Florida at the Alexander Resort and Spa. This International conference will lend for networking, learning, sharing ideas and building of new business relationships.

The Hollywood Film Festival is comprised of 10 separate film festivals, including the Hollywood Animation Film Festival. The event was created to bridge the gap between established Hollywood and the global creative community, as well as to honor excellence in the art of filmmaking.
The Hollywood Animation Film Festival is a competitive film festival. Its mandate is to highlight both domestic and international animated films and to make sure that filmmakers get visibility in Hollywood's backyard. Selected animated films compete in the Festival's main competition.
