Call for Entries for the IFP/CHICAGO Flyover Zone Short Film Festival. Flyover Zone: Name given to that area of the United States between New York and Los Angeles often viewed by industry executives from 35,000 feet above the earth. Chosen films will be screened at the 11th Annual IFP/Chicago Independent Filmmaker's Conference which will take place from November 8-9, 2002 in Chicago, Illinois. Eligible films must be 30 minutes or less in the categories of Student Films, Comedy Shorts, Dramatic, Non-Fiction, and Experimental Shorts.
