Shanghai International Cartoon Carnival

The 1st Annual Shanghai International Cartoon Carnival is an animation and comics festival targeted at children and teenagers. The focus of the Carnival is screenings of animation, interactive games, fan-based activities (COSPLAY, fan-art), and live games. Emphasis is placed solely on the enjoyment of the attendees (viz., children). As this is the first year of the event, there will be no competition or entry fees. All major formats, including animation with linked live performances, are acceptable for submission. If interested, please send details of your organization and content to the address provided.
