Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival - SICAF 2003, the most popular festival in Asia, will run August 12-17, 2003 with new and various programs in the city of Seoul where history and the modern day blend beautifully together. With special programs and official contests for $50,000 in prize money, SICAF 2003 is waiting for the filmmakers around the world to participate in the festival.
