ParisFX 2008

ParisFX offers a 2008 program focused on digital visual effects and CGI. Producers, directors, post-production houses and VFX supervisors will demonstrate their mastering of CGI and VFX via case studies or conferences.

The 2nd edition of ParisFX will also celebrate during the afternoon of November 20, the 25 years of French CGI (1983: production of the first French film in 3D animation MAISON VOLE).

This session will enable new French animation studios to unveil their latest productions or to explain the reasons behind their pipeline processes. A conference with the pioneers of CGI will also offer the opportunity to appreciate the importance of some visionaries in the history of CGI and to anticipate coming innovations.
