Anime D'Italia: Lambrusco & Cappuccino is an animation contest in association with I Castelli Animati. Participants will create a short animation based on the graphic novel LAMBRUSCO & CAPPUCCINO, written by Andrea Baricordi, drawn by Gianmaria Liani and published by Kappa Edizioni (Italy). Contestants should choose one or more scenes from the graphic novel and create their own animated version of those scenes, taking care to retain the main characters' identities.
The length of the animation has to be at least 40 seconds. If you insert opening or ending titles, please don't count them in the total timing. The winner will receive 400 euros, and the winning animation will be shown at the I Castelli Animati 2007 international animated film festival.
