Hello! My name is Becky, and I’m an animation student entering my final year. For my dissertation, I’m exploring the topic of Imposter Syndrome within the animation industry. I’m aiming to understand why professionals in Animation tend to suffer with imposter syndrome, and to identify issues within the industry that may contribute to feelings of self-doubt. Furthermore, I’m looking to find out coping mechanisms which professionals can use to help overcome imposter syndrome.
To aid my research, I’m conducting a short survey. Gaining insight from professionals in the field about their experiences with Imposter Syndrome would be highly valued and will help achieve an extensive understanding on the topic.
