A Newbie's Demo Reel, feedback appreciated!

Ahh, so where to start, with the link I guess.

So, basically I'm an old fart (mid 30s) doing a bit of a career change (IT > Animation). I'm completely new to freelance / gig type work, and work in the creative space in general.

What I have is a general demo reel, and I'm trying to figure out what I can do to spice things up a bit and feel more confident about it in general.

I'm hoping to get some work as a storyboard revisionist or some other pre-production or character animation type stuff, and possibly motion graphics. I do plan on making dedicated portfolios / reels for them, but right now I'm just trying to figure out how to get my foot in the door.

Any tips or feedback would be mucho appreciated :)
