Looking to build an Animation Team (Unpaid due to me being underage)

Hi, I would like to make an animation team, for my project, The Freemans. I really don't know how this work, but I'm a 16 year old person wanted to start an animation team, I have a mindset for this because I've been working on this for 2/3 years now, with rewrites, and I thought about trying this myself but couldn't because due to lack of talent on animation.
