hey all,
Some of the animations I upload to youtube stream perfectly, but recently the newer uploads can't stream above 240p. It just keeps buffering. I create them in anime studio debut then export them (either as quick time or mp4, I've tried both). take them into imovie to edit them, then upload them to youtube. I've tried at the lowest and highest quality but it doesn't make a difference.
Any ideas what could cause this or a good work around?

Sometimes there's a delay in YT in how it will process uploaded work. For a while it will be just at a low res presentation, then after maybe 30 minutes to an hour it will increase to a higher resolution. I'd suggest uploading an MP4 as it prefers that format over Quicktime files.
