Disney snow white artwork

Hello Guys,

I recently came across some artwork in a local thrift shop and I was wondering if there were any Disney or animation enthusasts who could help me.  I have attached an image of the artwork, which was framed when I found it and has not been opened. Apologies for the awful image quality, this picture was taken quickly on my phone, and I haven't had a chance to get any proper images yet.

I'm by no means an expert but the artwork appears original to me; and is signed at the bottom 'Ernie Nordli', whom I have researched and appears to be a Disney Layout artist from the period. Do you think it's at all possible that this is original artwork that was something to do with the production, and if so does anybody know what it would have been? I am assuming by the red lines it's some kind of Storyboard (I have seem similar things on google) but again, I am by no means an expert.

Any help would be appreciated!
