You may not remember but the Muppet did this a few years ago. As I recall, the Henson sued Disney and got back control of the Muppets.
Lucas is on record here as saying he's going to retire and is handing off the franchise to others to continue with. I doubt there will be a situation similar to the Muppets cropping up.
Disney has handled the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises respectfully over the past 20+ years.

I don't believe Indy is part of the deal. It's going to be strange to see the Disney castle at the start of the Star War crawlers.
