I've recently completed a little short animation for the BAFTA 60 seconds of fame competition. It's made it to the second round and for my film to progress further I need as many votes as I can get.
Saying that, I'd appreciate it if everybody could have a look and see what they think.
Here's a link. The film is called " Little Dinosaurs ".
It's story is a bit silly but the animation is very good. It makes me smile anyway.
Love to hear what everyone thinks.
I forgot to mention that the voting ends on Sunday the 3rd. Here is a still so you can get an idea of the style. These competitions are usually won by live action films it would be nice if an animation won this year.
I really liked it!... I didnt understand the english very well, but i loved the aesthetics, the characters and the animation... Very good work!, (You got my vote, too)...
Thanks for the comment. Yes my son does have a Scottish accent that combined with the fact he is five it can be hard to understand what he is saying sometimes.
I'm gratefull for the vote. :)
The interplay with the dialog and what was reflecting on the screen was very creative, it looks and feels very fresh so as to keep it interesting while entertaining at the same time. This format has so much potential especially in educating children. I've voted for you and I'm pretty sure you should win by all means nevertheless wish you all the best.
Thank you for the vote of confidence juxsen. It's great to constructive comments. Here's another still so everyone who hasn't seen Little Dinosaurs will know what they are missing. It's only a minute long, but I like it.
Another fact: I'm from Argentina and I'm speak spanish, :D. I'm good english reader, not so good writing, and finally I'm a very bad listener...
Thats why I cant understand the dialog in your short...
(My fault, not your son, :) )
Again, great work... Hope to see it on Discovery kids! :D
Thanks to you, Little Dinosaurs has won the online vote.
Special thanks to everyone who voted. I feel inspired and very very happy.:D
