It is an interesting style, it seems to have some pull from Crumbe.

The Polar bear is an idea from management, they say it keeps our focus while in crunch.

I love the detail. So are you in a school now or are you freelanceing?

Working in the Game Industry left school a looooooong time ago :D

so do you get to use your style of art in this industry or do you just release in your sketchbooks?

cart:D

Not as the industry looks at the moment, but I've got other talents. My sketchbooks is a way of breathing ;)

so do you do CG work and if you do can we see any of it?

cart:D

Victorian Justice device

Yes I do 3d work at work, but these days I work mostly with technical stuff, scripting and making tools, not very funny to watch.
This piece I made around 1999

very cool :D

Outstanding.

A snapshot of some of my sketchbooks

thank's for your interest, have to rethink my commercial side. I'll let you know when theres stuff for sale :)

Wow, beautiful work. My son is going to love picking out the critters in the various windows in the city view. Do you draw in some pencil lines and then ink? It looks very clean for a sketch book (compared to my smudge strokes). Love the tiny interwoven details.

Change of perspective

did u watch monty python when u was growing up,coz it reminds me so much, that rough uncomplete dreamy shapes and shading

Ok what would you take for a copy of one of your Sketch books?

I absolutly am interested.

cart:D

Yes

Yes there was a lot of python watching.

I*m thinking about ways of reproducing my sketchbooks, I'll let you know
thanks

Just make sure i'm at the top of the list when you duplicate your books and have them for sale:D or tell Santa I been berry good whiddle boy dis year.

I'll let you know
until then

thanks Carpediem nice blog!

and the rest of the story
http://mattiasa.blogspot.com/

Beautiful. I see the city and almost imagine a children's story .. the incredible city of Noah's Park maybe? Where Noah parked the ark after the flood and some animals, having become good friends during the voyage, decided to set up a small city. The rest is history .... (my lazy friday meanderings :) )

All the rest bizarre, cool and well done.

Wow, I dig your style. I don't really know what else to say, other than wow :)
