dotted lines messing up flash

hey on flash now, for some strange reason, when i tween now, a dotted lines box surrouns w/e im tweening, and when i play it it doesnt work, everything overlaps,,,, wuts haplneing?????

Are you doing a shape tween or motion tween? And where are these dotted lines, the timeline or the stage?

Assuming it's a motion tween, make sure you are tweening symbols only, and that each symbol is on its own keyframe and on a seperate layer. Also check to see if the symbol's rotation point is the same for the first and last keyframe of the tween, otherwise the path of the object messes up.

You have 2 or more symbols on the same layer that you're tweening. Like Chi said, each symbol needs to be on it's own layer if you are going to tween them. Also everything else Chi said is right on if you are going to tween something in Flash.
