Hi all I just got my 2nd job as a freelancer and they want me to make a short 1 minute flash animation. I need to be animating humans so I believe I will use a lot of motion tweens or frame by frame. I'd most likely use motion tween because of the cuteness of the character im imagining and smoothness of the movement. How much would an animation like this usually cost? They want me to write a little quotation and I have no idea how to do that. Will someone help me. If you are here Gkul u can help me too. Heh.
What is the animation going to be used for in the end: web or tv? I'd charge more per minute for tv quality vs. web quality.
