Don't know how to do it. Looking for animators that can bring it to animation reality. The script is quite offensive but in a lovely comical way. limited resources to develop this project to completion. Ideas and offers please.

i think you should figure out how much input you can personally offer i.e. storyboard, etc.
before going to someone else to get it created you need all the input ready especially if it is going to be an offshore animator.
when you pick one make sure they are a legitimate set up who wont screw you.
