I always have a notebook with me when I'm working, and an (oh so very) slight tendency to draw whatever comes through my mind... Once in awhaile I draw what I'm feeling at the moment. The first drawing is from yesterday, I was feeling a bit frustrated (caption translation "under the control of a great master") because, I kept on having to redo a shot over and over again... and let's just say, the animation director and I have different opinions...
Today's drawing, well, it is pretty much self explanatory... i'm ill (coff coff)... just want to go to bed...

Just read this thread, I do that all the time! I get a feelng or inspiration from something, and do a sketch from it.
Here's one I did in a stressed out mood, whilst trying to animate, but fighting block! So I whacked on Metallica and here's what I came up with!

my sketches are rougher though.. but i do draw beds a lot..

that would be funny if we started a thread like that.. you know.. someone posts a drawing or two or three or...., and the next person answers the previou sposts with another drawing.
just a sketch or a more fully rendered one maybe , and you keep on going like that....

Make it a system of balance. You earn credit... After someone submits a picture, they are allowed to create the next line/sentence/piece of the story (in word form)....the next person has to draw it out! And then they add to the story, with the person following them doing its drawing, and so forth...
