Tiny's Troublesome Tooth

Ottawa musician creates a new score for a 1920s Canadian animated educational short about teeth.

This is pretty cool.  Last year some Ottawa musicians created and performed a soundtrack for Lotte Reiniger's animation feature, The Adventures of Prince Achmed. They also composed a new soundtrack for a rarely seen educational animation short, Tiny's Troublesome Tooth (circa 1920s).

The soundtrack was  composed and arranged by Paul Hogan and performed / recorded live by Ottawa band, HILOTRONS.

Drawn and animated by Walt H. Swaffield (1925-1929) and produced by Filmart Motion Pictures for the Ontario Motion Picture Bureau. Tiny's Troublesome Tooth is preserved and safely stored at Library and Archives Canada.
