As many of you know, I wrote the world's first anaglyphic 3-D animated feature film, Starchaser: The Legend of Orin. I recently found 19 original hand-painted pre-production character design cels from the film. Here are just a few of them:
There are a lot of Starchaser fans out there and two of them bought all of the cels on eBay. And if the guy who bought most of them didn't get stuck in traffic on the last day he would have bought them all.
As soon as the writers strike ends I will be resuming discussions about doing a live-action remake of the film.
