‘The Making of a Dream’ Episode 3: How Did I Find ‘Dream Factory?’

Mark Simon shares how he found the comic book ‘Dream Factory’ that he turned into a movie pitch.

In 1999, I optioned the rights to an unreleased comic book called Dream Factory and have been on a quest ever since to get it produced as an animated movie or TV series. In this blog I share with you the history, the near hits and the actual production notes as I finally move into production. #Thisismydream.

I have often been asked how I came across the Dream Factory property.  My love of cartoons drew me to it. In this episode I’ll share with you all the details of my discovery.
