Universal Pictures International Ent. will release THE INCREDIBLE HULK on DVD and Blu-ray on October 13, marking the studio's first international day-and-date wide debut of a Blu-ray new release feature film.

The film will be released on DVD and Blu-ray in the U.S. on October 21.

From Marvel Studios, THE INCREDIBLE HULK, starring Edward Norton, Tim Roth and Liv Tyler has earned $250 million in worldwide box office. Bonus features on the Blu-ray will include the U-Control application and interactive features via BD-Live.

IRIDAS, which first introduced its stereo 3-D playback technology five years ago, has announced that DualStream will now be included standard with all versions of FrameCycler, starting with the 2008 versions. Recently used in the VFX pipeline for JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH, and in finishing work on U2 3D, demand for IRIDAS DualStream technology has grown with the rapid increase in stereo 3-D product work. Now artists and facilities can use the playback software they are already rely on without the added expense of new software components.

NVIDIA Corporation has announced the production release of CUDA 2.0, the latest version of its C language programming environment for GPUs that enables software developers to tap into the massively parallel architecture of the GPU for the acceleration of complex computational problems.

This latest production release of the CUDA software suite includes support for 32 and 64-bit Windows Vista and Mac OS X as well as 3D textures and hardware interpolation to increase the efficiency of applications such as medical volume reconstruction and oil and gas seismic computing.

The new James Bond flick had been slated to open November 7 with DreamWorks Animation's MADAGASCAR: ESCAPE 2 AFRICA, which for now has the weekend to itself. Bond titles have traditionally opened the weekend before Thanksgiving, but HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE was set to open November 21 -- it's now set for July 2009.
