You further grant all rights necessary to effectuate the goals of this agreement, including, without limitation, all rights requisite to perform the Service being provided by AWN. This grant of publishing rights is provided free of charge. There are no required royalties or payment of any kind to be paid to you or any third party by AWN for use of the Content, and AWN’s use of the Content as provided under this TOS will not violate the rights of any third party.
