International conference on Animation, Effects, Games and Immersive Media running April 30 through May 3 sets additional speakers on VFX for television & global animation production.

Films, series and transmedia properties with topics ranging from edutainment, comedy, adventure stories and fantasy for kids to historical and political material, animated documentaries, satire and science fiction to be presented at Germany’s leading animation business platform. 

2017 edition of the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film kicks off with screening of Tomer Eshed’s animated feature, ‘Our Wonderful Nature: The Common Chameleon,’ and ‘The Head Vanishes’ by Franck Dion.

Twenty-fourth International Festival of Animated Film Stuttgart to feature screenings of ‘Zootopia,’  ‘Finding Dory,’ ‘Kung Fu Panda 3,’ ‘Ice Age: Collision Course,’ ‘Storks,’ and Japan’s ‘When Marnie Was There,’ as well as German productions ‘Die Häschenschule – Jagd nach dem goldenen Ei,’ ‘Ritter Rost 2 – das Schrottkomplott,’ ‘Mullewapp – eine schöne Schweinerei,’ and a tribute to ‘The Little Polar Bear’ filmmaker Thilo Graf Rothkirch.

Selected projects from Germany, France, Spain, the UK, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Ukraine, Israel and Australia to participate in co-production, financing and distribution forum running alongside the 24th Stuttgart Festival of Animated Film and FMX 2017.
