The SAFO 97 Animarket Trade Fair

(as of June 26, 1997)

The SAFO 97 four-day animarket will provide a vehicle for professional displays, promotions, demonstrations and facilitate the recruitment of top up-and-coming animation talent. As with Ottawa 96, the SAFO 97 Trade Fair will be conveniently located in downtown Ottawa at the prestigious National Arts Centre where the majority of SAFO 97 activities are to take place.

 

EXHIBIT SPACE

 

Package A. Theatre Lobby

  • Located inside the actual National Arts Centre Theatre
  • All viewers of SAFO 97 NAC screenings will be repeatedly exposed to these spaces
  • Units of space available at 12 x 6 foot area (8 foot ceiling only)
  • Only five of these spaces are available, and will be distributed on a first-come, first serve basis.

 

Package B. Main Lobby NAC

  • Located inside the National Arts Centre Lobby
  • All SAFO visitors who attend will pass through the main lobby
  • Unit of Space available is (roughly) 12 x 6 foot area
  • Height restriction of 8 feet for each exhibit, (a few exceptions
    exist)

The deadline for booking a space in the SAFO 97 Animarket is August 15, 1997. Full payment is due no later than September 1, 1997.
