As a graduate of the Art Institutes and having seen the dismal features waiting for most Ai graduates, I can appreciate the article. Ai isn't the worst art school, but it isn't the best. As one of my fellow graduates once noted, it is the ''mcdonalds'' of art schools.
... I'm confused (*scratching head)
Actually, as the Reuter's article said, the court tentatively GRANTED Digital Domain's request for the accelerated sale via an auction tomorrow. The follow-up hearing in which the court could reverse its tentative position is/was today.
I love to watch animated movies and how it all works together.
If the eyes shed no tears the soul would have no rainbow...
Fondly called the Grandfather of British Animation, John Coates will be sadly missed by all of us whose lives he touched. While the sons and daughters of British animation may salute him, it is the daughters and granddaughters of animation who will thank him for being the standard bearer of gender equality in an industry once largely dominated by men.
His biography, written by Marie Beardmore, was published last year and titled: John Coates, The Man Who Built The Snowman. Take a walk down Memory Lane, laugh at some of the stories, raise an eyebrow at others. Stop off for one of his famous Lunches and then dip into the rainbow of timeless animated classics, which is the colourful and enchanting legacy he has left us with...

Pam,
Thank you for your words of wisdom. I always find your advice pertinent, to the point, and inspirational. Your articles consistently re-energize me to keep striving for what I hope to become and I thank you.
I look forward to your continued and upcoming articles!
I'm a student at a school of stop motion animation and I've already made a character called "Rufus". Rufus is just like Norman in many ways, (ecxept he's not a medium) he's always bullied, he's always avoided (ecxept his friend(s) ) Rufus discovers his town has a sercret treasure hidden 500 years ago by his ancient family. The treasure was buried in 1581, and no one in his town ( Techmin, Maryland) but somebody's already stole it, so he and his friend ( Adam Rafeal) have to look all over Techmin (or even ALL of Maryland) to find the treasure.
I hope you don't die of ball cancer, Chris. As funny as it may be :) :( Great article, thank you!
I enjoy reading this kind of stuff. Thanks for sharing good knowledge
Plagued with the illness of Hollywood - Looks great but the story (and the timing) are off.
"Waaaaaaaa..... People on the Internet are making fun of me... Waaaaaaaa"

glen Y U NO MAKE MOAR TEEN TITANS!?!?
Not surprised that St Lucie is being closed down. However, it's criminal that all of the artists were lured down there for a "dream" that had 0% chance of success. Everyone involved should be punished.
Neat to see this stuff surfacing after so many years!
Looking forward to the continuing adventures of DM--
Cheers, ML
