announced the debut of two new preschool properties, POKO and PEEP AND THE BIG WIDE WORLD at MIPCOM 2003.

POKO (32x30) is a preschool stop-motion animation series that follows three-year-old, Poko, who is just beginning to discover the world around him with his dog, Minus, and his stuffed toy monkey, Mr. Murphy. The show was produced in-house at Alliance Atlantis' Salter Street for CBC in Canada.
PEEP AND THE BIG WIDE WORLD (26x30) was produced by WGBH Productions and Nine Story Entertainment in association with Discovery Kids and TVOntario for the Learning Channel's Ready, Set, Learn block in the U.S. and for TVO in Canada. The Flash animation series follows the adventures of Peep, Quack and Chirp as they explore a world of great wonder and mystery of simple science concepts. The show is by narrated Joan Cusack (IN & OUT) with Academy Award-winning producer Kai Pindal (KARATE KIDS) created the show and will serve as creative producer.
Regarding PEEP, Faier adds, "We loved the original shorts that were done at the National Film Board of Canada and was thrilled to be able to become involved in the series. WGBH and Nine Story are great partners and we are pleased to be able to bring their newest preschool series to the market."
