Taylor Swift Dreams of The Lorax
Taylor Swift has been cast in Universal and Illumination Entertainment’s DR. SEUSS’ THE LORAX, writes The Hollywood Reporter. The CG feature also features the voices of Zac Efron, Danny DeVito, Ed Helms, Rob Riggle and Betty White.
In the film, a boy is inspired to win the girl of his dreams by the story of the grumpy Lorax who saves his world. Swift will play the dream girl. Efron is the boy with DeVito playing the Lorax. Helms takes the part of Once-ler, Riggle a greedy businessman and White the boy's grandmother.
Chris Renaud (DESPICABLE ME) is the director. Cinco Paul & Ken Daurio penned the script. Illumination head Chris Meledandri and Janet Healey are the producers. Suess' widow Audrey Geisel is exec producing.
