SAG has reached agreements for basic cable live action, basic cable animation and television animation productions, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The new three-year deal will go into effect on July 1, 2011.
The agreement sees a 2% annual wage increase and a one-time 1.5% rise in employers’ pension and health contributions. These increases are similar to those recently reached for TV and theatrical productions.
The deal will be given to the national board of Screen Actors Guild for approval.
