Ryan Upped to Foothill Sales EVP
Television sales veteran Patricia Ryan has been upped to evp of sales for Foothill Ent. Well known in the global television sales community, Ryan has brought tremendous experience and knowledge to Foothill over the past year as a consultant.
"We are thrilled to have Pat in this new role," said Foothill president Jo Kavanagh-Payne. "Pat is very well liked and respected throughout the world so having her in this new management role is a huge plus for us, especially with our increasing catalogue."
Ryan was president of international sales for DIC Ent. She began her career at Filmation Associates (a division of Group W/Westinghouse Broadcasting), where she spent 14 years and was ultimately vp of international sales & administration.
New series, including HHK Ent.'s HIP HOP KIDZ, and loveable classics, such as Collingwood O'Hare's ANIMAL STORIES, are a few of the many series she has spurred sales for over the past few months.
Foothill chairman Gregory Payne added, "Our completed programming catalogue has grown considerably in the past six months and it was becoming increasingly difficult to cover the world ourselves as well as devote time to our development projects. With Pat's extensive contacts and experience, she continues to make a real difference in our business."
