The Nickelodeon Group has promoted Andrea Fasulo to the post of SVP of retail and movie marketing, Nickelodeon Group. The move was announced by Dion Vlachos, SVP retail sales and marketing, to whom Fasulo will report.
In her new role, Fasulo will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives at retail and across e-commerce channels. In addition, she will manage the relationship with Paramount Pictures for Nickelodeon Movies, and coordinate the licensing and promotional efforts around films.
Fasulo previously served as VP of integrated marketing, movie and video games. Since joining Nickelodeon in 2001, Fasulo has created, managed and executed marketing and promotional partnerships across the network’s platforms, including the development of marketing campaigns for Fox’s Rio, DreamWorks Animation’s Madagascar and Sony’s The Smurfs.
“Andrea’s contributions to the team have enhanced our network’s recognition through key partnerships with some of the biggest global brands around,” says Vlachos. “Her marketing expertise and relationships with many of the top retailers make her a valuable asset for Nickelodeon as we continue to expand our retail and movie partnerships across all channels.”
